Led by the Captain, who oversees strategy, management, and both technical and marketing operations, the team works are overseen and supported by the Faculty Advisor. Key roles include the Team Manager, responsible for coordination; the Vice-Captain, overseeing daily operations and design progress; PR Head, responsible for handling collaborations and communication; Media Head responsible for and specialized teams like Design, Stability & Performance, and Avionics, all working together to refine the aircraft and ensure flight readiness.
